  15.           This command accepts numeric error codes and turns them into
  16.           system error messages, or if the error code is not defined
  17.           the numeric code is displayed.
  18.  
  19.           The CLI and Shells (and many programs) call on Fault to
  20.           report their errors for them.  If you have a Shell which
  21.           supports the ARP Resident features, you can get fast error
  22.           reporting by making Fault resident with the name "C:FAULT".
